What I Do 

I am an independent health coach who provides nutritional counseling and holistic wellness advice so that you may live a healthier, happier life. 

Eating healthy should be fun, simple, and easy! This is why I love what I do – I keep things simple so you can enjoy your life and live it to the fullest. 

Who do I work with?

I work with people over the age of 40 who are ready to make positive changes and incorporate healthy eating habits into their everyday life. 

If you are struggling to lose weight, keep off the pounds, or just want to eat a more wholesome and healthy diet, then we are meant to work together. 

We all know that weight loss along with a strict diet regimen spells Frustration and Struggle in the long run. It is a known fact that the majority of people quit their diet program six months to one year after starting.  

This is why I believe in eating simply and smartly. A balanced diet that nourishes the entire body for the long term equals healthy weight maintenance, mental wellness, longevity, and disease prevention. 

This style of living is the heart of my wellness program.
