Join Susan Kapatoes for a Meditation Sampler! There are three basic ways to meditate and even though they are distinct, each one has its own unique benefits. There are guided meditations, meditating with music, or simply sitting in silence & stillness. During this workshop, we will experience ten minutes of each type of meditation and have a conversation about which one you liked best and why. $15 Members, $25 Guests
