We’ll begin with a 15 minute relaxing meditation followed by a discussion of a mindfulness topic. We’ll use affirmation cards or read a verse from the book Stillness Speaks by Eckhart Tolle.
– There are chairs to use for the meditation.
– No prior experience is necessary. All people are welcome.
– You don’t need to bring anything and you don’t need special clothing.
We’ll meet in the Pinnacle Room which is located on the 2nd floor of the Walpole Library.
