As a certified Meditation Instructor, I led two guided meditations at Shorepoint Capital Partners. The sessions were seeking to bring the benefits of meditation – stress reduction, increased productivity, and improved health and wellness – into their workplace which was a success.
Furthermore, meditation enhances mental clarity and emotional balance thus improving one’s personal happiness and work capacity.
As an additional benefit, the employees reported an enhanced connection to their coworkers and a stronger sense of team camaraderie. This connection to coworkers is natural, and a key driver of employee performance. To put it simply, employees who feel committed to their coworkers perform better.
