Another common resolution is to be more proactive within the community. Whether it is donating more time or money to a social cause you care about, giving back has both external and intrinsic value.

Making charitable contributions to your community gives you a sense of purpose and, in turn, a greater sense of self. Successfully pursue your philanthropic goals by making a charitable plan for the New Year. Creating a structure for your New Year endeavors makes them feel that much more attainable.

Before I started any kind of health routine, I used to begin my day like this. The dreaded alarm clock would awake me from a sound sleep. As my hand found the buzzer, I slowly hit the off button while dragging myself out of bed. A quick jump in the shower, and I was off to work. That was it. That was my morning routine before I discovered another world of health and wellbeing. As I reflect back on those days, I realize that I was simply going through the motions of life.

Now, I have a morning routine that I look forward to everyday. I enjoy this ritual of sorts because it has transformed the quality of my life in many ways. How is my life different?

Improving Vitality

When I initially awake from a night’s sleep and before I get out of bed, I do an 8-minute session on my BEMER therapy mat.
